Any shipping overages will be refunded - the program cannot determine where it is going, so I put a high shipping price to compensate.

I guarantee my work - if there is a problem please contact me directly and we can come to a solution.

I am happy to accept returns of unused, undamaged, still-labelled product on regular orders and items within 7 days of our receiving date, however, we do not offer free return shipping. Once we receive your returned items back, we will credit your payment method for the product but not any shipping charges.

If your return is because a mistake has been made by Custom Woolen Mills on your order or there is a fault with your purchased items, we will work with you to come to a resolution.
