I am happy to accept returns (except from the USA) of unused, undamaged, still-labelled product on regular orders and items within 7 days of our receiving date, however, we do not offer free return shipping. Once we receive your returned items back, we will credit your payment method for the product but not any shipping charges.

If your return is because a mistake has been made by Custom Woolen Mills on your order or there is a fault with your purchased items, we will work with you to come to a resolution.
