This listing is for one extra layer of wool for a denser pillow. This is not a wool pillow. If you are looking for a pillow pls. go to my other listings or my website - www.theshepherdspillow.com The layer is the size of the pillow you will be buying 20x 30 inches for a queen and it is approx. 2oz. thin layer.

Your pillow is in layers and each layer is approx. 2oz. so think 16 layers for a 32 oz pillow. Go to my website and look at the pictures of wool pillows and their different weights. It will help you decide what weight you will need.

Some people may have larger shoulders and need a denser pillow if they sleep on their sides.

The wool is in sheets and will be compacted for shipping. Pls be careful opening up your parcel so you do not cut the wool. The wool will expands when you open your package up.

Or after a few years your pillow has compacted because you have not been fluffing constantly. That is ok, you can always add a layer of wool to your pillow. Put your pillow in the dryer on cool air fluff every 2 wks and your pillow stay nice and fluffy.

My wool comes from Canadian Sheep and is washed with plant based soaps and humanely treated.
